Joker Extra Hot Buffalo Sauce 10L

Our extra hot buffalo sauce is to be used on our Joker wings or any menu items that feature the Joker signature sauce. It is the spiciest of our sauces with a strong chilli taste and garlic flavour. All of our signature sauces are Vegan.

Storage: Store ambient (below 22°C) away from direct heat sources, refrigerate (between 0°C-8°C) once opened and use within 28 days 

Allergy Information: This product has been manufactured on a site that uses mustard, milk, soya, sesame and gluten, sulphites, fish, and eggs. Allergens are noted below in the ingredients in BOLD. 

Ingredients: Water, red jalapeno peppers, spirit vinegar, tomato paste, thickener (modified starch), chilli powder, salt, acidity regulator (acetic acid), sugar, spices and spice extracts, preservative (potassium sorbate), sweeteners (aspartame, sodium saccharin), black carrot extract, garlic puree, rapeseed oil, lemon juice, onion powder, stabiliser: xanthan gum E415.
